When customers purchase tickets at vecaptreobana.com, Bà Nà Hills Cable Car Tickets will send the ticket code to the registered email within 10 minutes after the order is successfully placed.

A. Inspection Policy
Before making payment, customers are entitled to check tickets and service information.
After successfully booking, customers will receive tickets via email. Please check the type of ticket, quantity, and related information to ensure accuracy according to the order purchased and paid. In case of any discrepancy, please notify Bà Nà Hills Cable Car Tickets in time for adjustment and handling within the following timeframe:
For tickets purchased more than 24 hours before the usage date: within (i) no more than 15 days from the date of receiving the ticket; and (ii) at least 24 hours prior to the ticket usage date.
For tickets purchased within 24 hours of the usage date: immediately upon receiving the ticket.
After these deadlines, if Bà Nà Hills Cable Car Tickets does not receive notification from the customer, the company reserves the right to refuse any adjustment or handling of the ticket.

B. Conditions for Exchange/Refund
vecaptreobana.com only supports upgrading tickets from child to adult based on actual height measurement at the park.
vecaptreobana.com only supports refunds in force majeure cases: weather conditions, government requirements, or safety assurance measures that lead to the closure of the park or service facilities.
C. Notification and Processing Time for Exchange/Refund
In case of ticket exchange, please notify our staff to request an exchange. After verifying the ticket status, we will process the exchange for customers directly at the park within 5 minutes.
In case of ticket refund, Bà Nà Hills Cable Car Tickets will immediately contact customers to process the refund within 3 days from the time customers receive notice that the park or service facilities are closed.
If customers have not received the exchanged ticket or have not been contacted for refund support within the above timeframe, please call hotline 0969 15 8878 for assistance. We hope our policies bring satisfaction and peace of mind to our valued customers.
D. Method of Exchange/Refund
Exchange: vecaptreobana.com will support exchanging the product for customers directly at the park. In cases where there is a difference in price compared to the amount already paid, customers are kindly requested to complete the procedures directly at the park.
Refund: vecaptreobana.com will refund customers via online payment through the PAYME payment gateway. The refund will be made to the same account used for the original payment within 30 days from the date of refund confirmation with the customer.
